Return Policy

Returns:
Our policy lasts 21 days. If it has been 21 days since the delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We'll also let you know that your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a specified number of days and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially credited.
Then contact your bank. It often takes a long time for a refund to be posted.
